Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud has arrived in Italy for his AC Milan medical.
Giroud has been linked with a move away from Chelsea and Milan are reported to be on the verge of signing the Frenchman for a reported fee of around £1.7m.
The 34-year-old's contract with Chelsea was set to expire last month but the Blues took up the option to extend his stay at Stamford Bridge by another year.
However, Giroud is now set to have a medical in Italy before signing for Milan in a €2m deal.
Giroud signed for Chelsea from Arsenal in an £18m deal in January 2018, six years after signing him from the Ligue 1 title-winning Montpellier side for £10.8m.
