Tottenham Hotspur is keen on signing Manchester United striker Anthony Martial.
According to reports from the Daily Star, Martial has become surplus to requirements at Old Trafford following the arrival of Jadon Sancho, and United is desperate to offload him this summer.
Martial has struggled to command regular first-team football under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and it is believed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is planning to use him as an understudy to Edinson Cavani in the coming season following a series of missed chances.
The France international joined United in 2015 from Monaco and has made over 255 appearances in all competitions, scoring 78 goals but United will be willing to offload him if they can find proper suitors.
Spurs are interested in signing the 25-year-old winger, and the north London club is even willing to match the £50m fees wanted by United however his £250,000 weekly wages are proving to be a stumbling block.
Spurs' new boss Nuno Espirito is looking to bolster his attack with the North Londo side close to signing Bryan Gil from Sevilla this summer in a deal that will see Erik Lamela leaving the club.
Steven Bergwijn has been targeted by Ajax, while Lucas Moura could be offloaded as well if Spurs receive a handsome offer for the Brazilian.
