Bruno Fernandes has welcomes the addition of new faces at Manchester United this summer.
United have been one of the most successful teams this transfer after confirming the arrival of Raphael Varane from Real Madrid and Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund and according to Fernandes, they were an improvement to the team.
“(Last season) I see an improvement on the team - the mentality, the quality. I think the team will improve more this season and we're going up against better and better, day by day.
"Now this is a new season, a new chance to win something and do something different. With the transfers or without the transfers, Manchester United will always be a tough opponent, we will try to win every competition we are included in," Fernandes said.
Fernandes joined United earlier in the year and was an important boost for the side with his contribution having led United to a second-place finish.
The Portuguese who had been given an extended holiday following his participation in Euro 2020, returned to training with his team on Tuesday.
