Serie A giants Juventus have saved a lot of money after allowing star man Cristiano Ronaldo to move to Manchester United.
TuttoJuve reports that the move to United will save almost 90 million euros for Juventus with the five-time Ballon d’Or winner having earned around 31 million per season during his time in Turin with the total cost of wages is calculated at around 60 million per year.
Additionally, the player’s transfer could reach 28 million after adding the bonuses, which would bring the total to circa 88 million.
The figures are some fresh air to the Juventus accountants after they were hit by Covid-19; a move that affected negatively their financial coffers.
The Italian club however is in the market for a striker to replace the Portuguese with Paris Saint Germain's Mauro Icardi, and former Juventus youngster, Moise Kean, who currently plays for Everton all muted as possible replacements.
