🔴 Fred reveals what he wants to improve on

Manchester United star midfielder Fred has shared an ambition to become a better passer in the club's engine room.

The Brazilian has been much appreciated for his high work ethic and running ability to win balls, but often let his fans down with his ability to pick passes.

It, therefore, comes as no surprise to hear the midfielder aim to improve that area of his football.

"I aim to improve and work a lot after training on my passing," he told Inside United. "Sometimes turning in the midfield, things more specific to my position."

The 28-year-old dived into more details about positioning, linking with defenders and then the key area of creating play with United's extraordinary talent that features the likes of Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo.

“As I've said before, my objective is to get the ball to the forwards, to always be ready to receive the ball from the centre-backs, receive a pass and have the right body position to control it and find a good pass," he added.

“I aim to improve in this area, this is the most important area to improve and develop in my position. I visualise this every day so I look to improve on positioning on the pitch, an additional pass, turns during a game, that's what I look to work on every day," Fred concluded.

Coming up this weekend is a trip to London to battle David Moyes' West Ham.
