Dybala could sign new Juventus deal next week

By the end of next week, Paulo Dybala could have signed a new contract with Juventus, pledging his long-term career to the Italian giants.

The Argentine and the Bianconeri have been in talks for some time, with both parties eager to reach an accord. La Joya's current contract will expire at the end of the season, and he will be free to leave the club in the summer of 2022.

However, recent negotiations have made significant headway, and the deadlock appears to be coming to a conclusion. Dybala's representatives are close to negotiating terms on a new contract for the 27-year-old, according to Tuttosport, and the deal may be finalized as soon as next week.

There had been some debate concerning possible bonuses inserted into the contract, but that appears to be addressed today.

Dybala has made it obvious that he has no desire to leave Turin, having previously turned down rich offers from the Premier League. Both Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur made approaches for the Argentine, but he chose to battle for his spot under Maurizio Sarri and Andrea Pirlo.

Dybala is said to be wanting a salary of €10 million per year, which would make him the club's joint-highest earner alongside Matthijs de Ligt, and he told Sky Sport Italia that he wants to hear "positive news soon."

"I think there will be a new meeting this week. The directors have changed, so we've started from the beginning," Dybala remarked.

"We hope to reach a happy conclusion, I hope there will be good news soon."
