English Premier League giants Manchester United are keeping a close eye on signing Ousmane Dembele on a free deal next summer.
According to the Daily Star, United will battle Juventus to sign the Frenchman when his contract with FC Barcelona expires at the end of the season.
“Manchester United and Juventus are set to go head to head for the signature of Ousmane Dembele, who is out of contract next summer,” the publication reported.
“And as the 24-year-old enters the last year of his contract, Barcelona are yet to agree a new deal with him.
“Leaving the door wide open for the Red Devils or the Old Lady to come and swoop in for his signature,” the outlet added.
Meanwhile, the injured Dembele is not part of France’s squad as the world champions prepare to take on Belgium in the UEFA Nations League this week.
