Atalanta boss Gian Piero Gasperini has revealed he shared a classic Italian expression with Cristiano Ronaldo after Tuesday night's UEFA Champions League game.
The Serie A side felt they had the game in the bag at 2-1 after 90 minutes, but the 36-year-old Ronaldo had a dramatic injury-time equaliser to snatch.
Speaking after the game, Gasperini was asked to share what he had said to the Portuguese ace after the game.
"At the end of the match, I spoke with Ronaldo," the 63-year-old said, according to the Express.
"He's an incredible player, some even call him a problem. That's a nice problem to have. Nine out of 10 times his shots on target, five of them are goals.
