🇺🇬 Uganda Premier League action resumes for matchday 6 

The Uganda Premier League is set to resume today for matchday six after a two-week break. 

Five matches are scheduled to be played on Friday while three are on the cards tomorrow across different venues. Only two teams are unbeaten so far, league leaders KCCA FC and Vipers SC. 

The Venoms will be traveling to Kakyeka Stadium to take on hosts Mbarara City today while the table-toppers will be up against UPDF at the MTN-Omondi Stadium, Lugogo. The 13-time StarTimes Uganda Premier League Champions go into the sixth game of the season with a three-point lead and on 13 points.

KCCA will miss the services of Brian Kayanja who is ruled out with a knee injury as well as Peter Magambo. Defender Musa Ramathan is back from a knee injury and will feature on the matchday sheet.

Holders Express FC will be hunting for their third win this season when they host SC Villa at Muteesa II Stadium Kampala on Saturday starting from 3:00 PM EAT.
