As promised at the start of the week, Jose Mourinho has kept his word and bought Felix Afena-Gyan his shoes.
The 18-year-old Afena-Gyan had the best night of his career on Sunday, thanks to a late brace that helped Roma beat Genoa 2-0.
The Ghanaian youngster's celebration saw him going to Mourinho to share a quick message. The Portuguese manager later revealed what Afena-Gyan had said to him during the dream moment.
“I had promised to buy Felix the boots he really likes, which are really expensive, they cost €800, so he ran over and told me not to forget!
"Tomorrow morning, the first thing I will do is buy him the boots,” Mourinho told football-italia.
Jose has since been captured on video delivering on the promise….
