Serie A giants Napoli have confirmed the signing of Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe on a six months loan deal.
The 24-year-old defender was previously with Aston Villa on loan and now moves to Serie A until the end of the season.
In a statement, Napoli said: "SSC Napoli announces that it has acquired Axel Tuanzebe's services from Manchester United on a loan formula until 30 June 2022."
There are reports that the Englishman decided to terminate his loan deal with Villa due to lack of playing time after making just 11 appearances for the Steven Gerrard side in the entire season.

Having come through the ranks at United, the defender made his Premier League debut in the 2016/2017 season but was loaned to Aston Villa in the coming season before returning to his parent club for two seasons.
The player thus far has 28 league appearances but was Villa's defender with the least number of appearances in the Premier League after managing just nine this season.
The defender who was born in Congo and naturalized in England has played for the English national team in the Under 17, Under 19, and Under 21.
