Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger and his Chelsea brothers in Islam have sent greetings as the religious faith enters Ramadan.
As you may know, if you have any family, friends, or colleagues who follow the Islam religion, the holy month of Ramadan is upon us now. It is a time that will most notably be marked by fasting.
In case you have no clue, the holy month of Ramadan is one of the twelve months in the Islamic calendar. Muslims will observe 29 days or 30 days of abstinence of eating and drinking during daytime.
Antonio Rudiger, pictured with his teammates Ismaila Sarr, N’Golo Kante, and Hakim Ziyech, sent a message via his Twitter page to say:
“Jumma Mubarak to all my Muslim brothers and sisters Palms up togetherMosqueStar and crescent #AlwaysBelieve.”
Meanwhile, the Blues will take on Brazilian giants Palmeiras in the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday in the United Arab Emirates.
