Spanish giants Barcelona are capable of bringing back Lionel Messi to Camp Nou, according to the club's advisor Enric Masip.
Messi left Barcelona last summer on a free transfer and joined Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain. The Argentine is yet to recapture his form and a number of Barcelona legends believe he should return to the Catalans.
Masip, the advisor to Barcelona president Joan Laporta, spoke to Cadena SER about a range of issues relating to the Catalan club.
"Nothing is impossible. Xavi's comments were misinterpreted (about pressing). It was an era, probably the most beautiful, but things went how they went and he chose a project in Paris. What seemed like it would bring Barcelona down, the team has survived and has worked well."
"He's done three years of work in three months."
"Mathematically, until it's impossible... We know, those that have won titles in the last moment, that you never know. It's difficult because a team like Real Madrid have to lose more games than they have done until now."
The Catalans are currently third on the log with 54 points, 12 behind leaders Real Madrid.
