06 Dec 2012, 07:45
Proprietor of the defunct Ufuoma Babes, Eddington Kuejebola has said he has no plans to make a come-back to women football.

Ufuoma Babes was a formidable team to be reckoned with in their time at the WPL. The four time champions of the women premier league title produced players like Mercy Akide. Former Super Falcons coach was skipper for many years at the side.

Speaking to futaa.com, Eddington said he has lost all interest in. Women football.

- I don't want to get involved in football again because I am tired, he said.

- I am tired of a lot of things and I don't want the stress of running a club and having to think about how to take care of the girls under my watch, he said.

When it was pointed out to him that he travelled all the way from Delta to watch football even though Delta did not participate in women event, Kuejebola explained:

- Even I am surprised that I am here because I didn't plan to watch women football but here I am cheering for a team I don't even know it's name, he said.
