Sloppy Valladolid fall to streaking Real Madrid

Real Valladolid scored four times, but still ended up on the losing side as Real Madrid put the disappointment of exiting the UEFA Champions League behind them, to post a 4-3 win in a La Liga match played on Saturday, 4th May 2013.
Valladolid scored the first two goals of the tie: first, Oscar Gonzalez opened scoring with a well taken 8th minute goal, to put the visitors ahead.
Then, Marc Valiente put the ball in his won net to gift Real Madrid the equalizer. Six minutes later, Angel di Maria again provided the assist as Cristiano Ronaldo scored the second for Real.
That lead lasted only three minutes before Javi Guerra drew the visitors level. It remained 2-2 till half time, but the second half was just four minutes old when Ricardo Kaka scored the third for Madrid.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored his second, and Madrid's 4th with 20 minutes left to play. And Lluis Sastre ensured a frenetic finish when he gave Valladolid hope of a snatching a point, when he scored a third for the visitors with three minutes left to play.
The victory meant that Real Madrid have now extended their unbeaten run in the Spanish Liga to 12 games.
