Arsenal boss Unai Emery has denied there is a rift between him and the club's head of recruitment Sven Mislintat.
It was understood that Mislintat was set to quit the club after disagreeing with the club's transfer policy. However, Emery has insisted he is unaware of Mislintat's likely exit from the Emirates. The former Paris Saint Germain man says he has a normal working relationship with the club's head of recruitment.
The 46-year-old is expected to leave the club soon after just 13 months in his role following a breakdown in relationships between the German and the rest of the Arsenal hierarchy.
“I was working with him the last two weeks we had two or three meetings together. We are working normally. I don’t know other issues. I don’t know [if he’s leaving]," he said.
"My relationship about transfers is we’ve been speaking about that for the last two, three weeks. Today for me, the normality is working. I haven’t spoken to him today," he added.
According to reports Bayern Munich could consider him for a technical director role should he leave the Gunners.
