A total of twenty-one secretaries of football from South Sudan are set for a weeklong Football administration course in Uganda.
The programme is part of a partnership between Uganda Football Association (FUFA) and their South Sudanese compatriots.
"The move is meant to strengthen the relations between Uganda and South Sudan Football Associations," the President of South Sudan Football Association, Francis Amin Michael, said before flagging off the continent.
Amin expressed his optimism that "the course would develop the ability of the secretaries in the country."
The course is scheduled to start on Wednesday afternoon in Kampala.
