Dreams FC youngster Aruna Ginaid has reportedly signed with Spanish Segunda side Extremadura on a one-year loan deal with an option to buy at a later stage.
The 18-year-old played on loan in the 2017/18 season at Division One Zone Two side Proud United where he scored eight goals before the league was suspended.
The left-footed striker has been tipped for his pace, strength and an eye for goal. He has been compared to Ivorian legend Didier Drogba due to his physique.
Ginaid was one of the twelve players promoted to the Dreams FC senior team by manager Karim Zito after his exploits at the club’s youth team, Still Believe FC.
He is the second Dreams FC player to be transferred to Extremadura after midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey in 2017.
