Ghanaian youngster Baba Osman Amidu has signed a one-year deal with Spanish Segunda B side Extremadura.

The 18-year-old joins the Spanish club from Spartans FC in the Ghanaian third division respectively. 

The said to be budding central defender was tipped as one of the key players for the abovementioned side in the 2017/18 season before the competition was abruptly called off.

Amidu will start his Extremadura career with the Under 19’s before he eventually progresses to the senior team.

He is the fourth Ghanaian player to sign for Extremadura this winter.
