Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly eyeing a possible summer swoop for Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic following the English side's return to the SkyBet Championship.
According to the Sport Bild publication, Leverkusen are keen on a deal that will bring Mitrovic to Germany following his impressive displays this season.
Fulham had a rather dismal season managing to finish 19th in the Premier League and cementing their return to the second tier of English football, Mitrovic has garnered positive interest with his performances up front.
Mitrovic took his goalscoring tally to 11 this season for Fulham, along with three assists after scoring 12 goals in 20 Championship appearances during the second half of the 2017/18 campaign.
Sport Bild further claimed that Fulham are ready to sell Mitrovic at a fee in the range of 20 million euros.
Leverkusen are said to be looking to improve their options in the final third and view Mitrovic as a potential player to lead their line next season.
