Despite Ghana head coach, Kwesi Appiah not officially releasing the Black Stars provisional squad for the 2019 African Cup of Nations, a leaked squad has emerged with John Boye being the biggest casualty.
Boye had an impressive season with French Ligue 2 side Metz that saw him score one league goal in 36 appearances playing a key role in their promotion back to the Ligue 1. The squad, however, has some new players including Hearts of Oak defender Mohammed Alhassan, who has been a rock in the Phobians set up in the NC Special Competition. The Black Stars squad are set to jet off to Dubai next month for their training camp ahead of the continental showpiece.
