Ghanaian winger Christian Atsu has revealed Newcastle United manager Rafa Benitez as the best manager in his career so far.
The former Chelsea winger who has played under many top coaches believes the Spaniard has exceptional managerial skills.
Speaking in an interview with Football Made in Ghana about his European career, Atsu said Rafa has been a father figure to him at Newcastle United and guides him to always do the best.
“I have played under Mourinho, Antonio Conte, and Andre Villas-Boas but I think Rafa is the best manager I have been with so far,” Atsu said.
The winger who is with Ghana’s senior national team the Black Stars at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations enjoyed a good season with the Magpies.
