English Premier League giants Manchester United are interested in bringing in Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko at Old Trafford according to RMC Sport.
The French midfielder who was on loan at AC Milan last season has three years remaining in his contract after joining the London based side from Monaco two years ago for £40million.
Solskjaer has already brought in two new faces - Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka - during the transfer window.
Apart from United, Arsenal and Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are also reportedly interested in the centre midfielder and with Paul Pogba heavily linked with a move away from United this summer, a new addition to the United midfield might be needed.
Bakayoko is currently with his Blues team-mates in Ireland as Frank Lampard's side began their preparations for the 2019-20 season last week.
Premier League clubs now have exactly one month to finalise deals as the summer transfer window closes for the English top flight on Thursday, August 8.
United open their 2019/20 season with a tie against Chelsea at Old Trafford with the Blues having appointed their former midfielder Frank Lampard as their new boss.
