Chamanga extends stay at Arrows

Former Chinese based striker James Chamanga has extended his contract at Zambia Super League side Red Arrows signing a season-long deal.

The club confirmed the development in a media statement made available to Futaa Zambia.

"The Club has further extended to a season-long the contract of James 'Jemba' Chamanga. The rest of the team remains unchanged and focused beyond the transitional league."

Chamanga joined Arrows towards the end of the season signing a three-month deal and was influential in the last few games for the Airmen leading the attack and scoring three goals.

The club as also announced the signing of Mackline Nkhoma, a goalkeeper from Zesco Vic falls and Hope Katwishi from relegated Kitwe United. The club has however not revealed the length of the deals for the two. Winger Gift Lukwesa has also been recalled from his loan at Circuit city.

The Airmen have extended loan deals for five players. Shadreck Malambo and Festus Mbewe at Nkana, Jackson Kakunta at Power Dynamos, Lottie Nyimbili and Marcel Chewe at Nkwazi. Justine Zulu has been released after the expiration of his contract.
