Absa Premiership side Cape Town City have unveiled Mpho Makola from Orlando Pirates.
City announced the Makola signing for a one-year deal that has a one-year extension option. The announcement was made wit City's typically cool and unique style of confirming new signings.
Makola, 33, becomes Benni McCarthy’s fourth signing to follow after Abbubaker Mobara, Tashreeq Morris and the Dutch winger Bernio Enzo Verhagen.

The former Free State Stars midfielder is expected to the the creative spark and the experienced head to replace a player like Teko Modise who recently retired from playing.
City will begin the new season away at Baroka FC on Saturday at 3 pm.
