Four surprise youngsters named in Chelsea's Champions League squad for 2019/20 season

With a week to go to until the start of the new UEFA Champions League season, Chelsea have submitted their squad for the competition as they make a return after missing out last season. 

The Blues will host Valencia in their opening group match, on Tuesday 17 September, before visiting Lille in matchday 2.

Ahead of the big kickoff, coach Frank Lampard has named four surprise youngsters in the side for the competition;

  • Jamie Cumming - Goalkeeper, 20
  • Marc Guehi - Defender, 19
  • George McEachran - Midfielder, 19
  • Billy Gilmour - Midfielder, 18
