Norman Mapeza is gone. The Zimbabwe Premier League Champions have announced that Mapeza has left FC Platinum.
FC Platinum confirmed the news in a press release this morning. The club has said that the decision has come from a mutual agreement.
Mapeza’s departure comes after five years in Zvishavane. His successful stint at Pure Platinum included two league titles and a CAF Champions League group stage run.
The news of Mapeza's exit also follows after the coach had publicly decried the team's lack of squad.
“FC Platinum Club wishes to announce the departure of Head Coach, Norman Mapeza from the team through a mutual separation agreement,” announced the champions.
