With the change of the climate seasons comes the change of Absa Premiership kick-off times.
The South African Premier Soccer League have announced their regular change of matchday times. We will see the shift from winter-autumn kick-off times from the 15:00 & 19:00 to spring-summer's later times.
Due to hotter conditions, the league has confirmed that matches will now start at 15:00 (day time games) and 19:30 & 20:00 (night games).
“As from tomorrow, 01 October 2019, kick-off times for afternoon Absa Premiership and GladAfrica Championship fixtures will move from 15h00 to 15h30.
“This is in line with Premier Soccer League’s practise of adjusting afternoon kick-off times during winter and summer season.
“Other kick-off times will not be affected: 18h00, 19h30, 20h00 and 20h15.”
“Please note this does not include Cup competitions and Cup Finals,” the PSL confirmed in today’s press release.
