Zambia national team captain Kabaso Chongo is confident the Copper Bullets can beat Algeria away in Blida on Thursday.
Zambia and Algeria will lock horns on Thursday in the opening match of the Cameroon 2021 AFCON qualifiers.
"We have some players coming tomorrow but we need to work hard and we looking forward to the game, " he said.
"Football is dynamic so anything can happen. It's possible to beat Algeria if we work together. We have to work hard and play as one, " he added.
Zambia missed on back to back AFCON tournaments (2017 and 2021) but Kabaso believes this is Zambia's time to get back to the Continental showpiece.
"Of course we going to qualify. This is our time to qualify. We missed two AFCON tournaments but this is our time."
The Copper Bullets will battle the Desert Foxes on Thursday before locking horns with the Warriors of Zimbabwe as they hope to qualify for their first AFCON tournament since 2015.
