Wakiso Giants snap up Onduparaka skipper

Uganda Premier League side Wakiso Giants have announced the signing of Onduparaka captain Gadaffi Wahab on a three-year deal.

Wahab is one of the long-serving players at Onduparaka and at Wakiso he will be reunited with his former coach Livingstone Mbabazi and former teammates Jeriga Atendere and Viane Sekajugo. Wahab has spent six and a half years at Onduparaka and has notched three goals in the league this season.

Onduparaka are third on the league with 30 points same as SC Villa and URA but have better goal difference. They beat Busoga United 2-1 on Tuesday. 

Wakiso Giants are ninth on the league with 23 points and will play BUL FC at the FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru on Wednesday.
