Harry Redknapp suggested that Spurs' top earners should take pay cuts to help non-playing staff during the league suspension due to coronavirus, and one of them is new signing Tanguy Ndombele, who is on £200k a week.
A fan called 'LastWordonSpurs' then shared a quote from the former manager, as well as an image appearing to display the club’s top earners, which sees both Harry Kane and Ndombele on £200,000 a week.
The quote, as per the Mirror, said: “Their average player earns £80,000, £90,000 or even up to £100,000 a week. Their top players maybe even £100,000-£200,000. Surely, players should be taking a cut.”
Here's how Spurs fans reacted:

Ndombele earns the same as Kane. One is a once in a generation player for Spurs and the other can’t run for 90 mins!— Dean G (@deanog211) April 1, 2020

The fans' reactions are understandable, given that the French midfielder has featured just 19 times in the Premier League so far this season, and he seems to be prone to injury, with how manager Jose Mourinho describes him.
