Italian giants AC Milan have been offered the chance to sign Manchester United defender Eric Bailly.
With a restructure expected in United defence, Bailly is one of the players that have been put up for sale and according to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan rejected the proposal to complete the signing of the player.
Bailly has made just 11 appearances in all competitions this season, including in Wednesday’s Europa League dead-rubber against LASK; his outing at United majorly having been hampered by injuries.
The return of Chris Smalling and the preference of Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire in central defence means that Bailly will fall further back the pecking order.
Bailly is the latest defender to be linked with a move from Old Trafford after it was reported that Diogo Dalot was attracting interest from Everton.
Earlier Futaa reported that Everton is interested in signing full-back Diogo Dalot with Carlo Ancelotti hopeful of a £10m deal for the Portugal youth international.
Stretty News has also exclusively reported that Marcos Rojo is likely to finally end his six-year United stay with a move to Argentina likely to happen.
