Manchester City have re-signed goalkeeper Scott Carson on a season-long loan deal from Championship side Derby.
Carson spent the last at City as a third-choice goalkeeper but did not make a first-team appearance.
The 34-year-old has been signed after second-choice stopper Claudio Bravo left the club earlier this week. Carson is currently the solo senior backup option to Ederson.
Carson has made four appearances for England and has had spells with Liverpool West Brom and Turkish side Bursaspor.
Pep Guardiola's side will learn on Thursday who they will start the 2020/21 Premier League season against, with the fixtures set to be announced at midday.
