Belgian First Division A side Anderlecht have confirmed that forward Landy 'Nany' Dimata will remain the club ahead of the season.
Dimata and his representatives had been involved in negotiation talks with Ligue 1 side Dijon over a possible deal but none of the parties were able to reach an agreement during this time.
"Dijon offered me a very good contract, but unfortunately the clubs did not find an agreement. Now, I want to concentrate 100% on RSC Anderlecht," he told the club's official website.
"Lukas Nmecha is playing very well right now, but I want to regain my place on the field. And I continue dreaming of going to the European Championship with the Belgian Red Devils."
The 23-year-old has previously plied his trade for Oostende and Wolfsburg.
