German international Jerome Boateng has affirmed that he is eager to sign a new deal at Bayern Munich but has been amazed at the youngsters coming up.
The 32-year-old has also won eight league titles and two Champions League trophies with the Bundesliga giants.
"I can imagine [signing an extension]. My children feel at home here," Boateng told German publication Kicker.
"With Hansi Flick as a coach and this team, it's a lot of fun. In the end, I'm happy to still be with FC Bayern. I'm enjoying football again."
Boateng has been linked with a move to Manchester United although he has become one of the prominent figures in the squad but admitted that there are a few things he could consider if he were to make a move away from the club.
"Another culture. I like to learn new things and don't always have to be in the same place," Boateng continued.
"USA, Asia or even another European country, you will see - but it doesn't have to be."
