Belgian midfielder Kevin De Bruyne is close to signing a new deal with Manchester City.
The player who has previously expressed his desire to stay longer at The Etihad has a deal with the Citizens until 2023 but the club wants to hold him for longer with an improved bid to wade away potential suitors.
Latest reports from transfer guru Fabrizio Romano now claims that the club and the player are close to finalizing the new deal with an official communication expected to be done soon by the club.
In the report, Romano claims that City will complete the signing of 17-year-old Dario Sarmiento from Estudiantes.
