Cagliari have confirmed Radja Nainggolan has joined Cagliari from Inter Milan on a loan deal until the end of the season.
The midfielder spent four impressive years, between 2010 and 2014, before returning for a second spell on loan from Inter last season.
The club confirmed the capture of the Belgian on Thursday morning;
