Four EPL bets to place today

League football is on today and here is Futaa's best slip!

Chelsea vs Wolves

Thomas Tuchel's first match at the helm of Chelsea Football Club sees his side host Wolves at Stamford Bridge. A run of just two victories in their last eight Premier League games (W2, D1, L5) has severely damaged Chelsea’s title chances, a sequence which culminated in the sacking of Frank Lampard. Wolves are 12 league fixtures without a clean sheet (W2, D3, L7) but they are unbeaten when scoring first in the PL this term (W5, D1), and four of the last five meetings between these sides have seen goals at both ends.

TIP: Over 1.5 match goals

Brighton vs Fulham

Brighton ended their nine-game winless run with a 1-0 victory at Leeds, but that also continued a strange contrast between their form at home and away, with the Seagulls' last five EPL wins all coming on the road. However, that win put them five points above opponents Fulham, a team Brighton has scored 2+ goals against in three straight home head-to-heads. Fulham finds themselves winless in their last eight although five of those matches were drawn.

TIP: Over 2.5 match goals

Everton vs Leicester City

The Foxes conceded at least once in five of their last seven league assignments as the visiting team, and with that record considered, they are unlikely to shutout a dynamic Everton team spearheaded by Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Even with Jamie Vardy sidelined, Leicester pack plenty of punch of their own however, and only Man Utd have notched more goals in away games than the flying Foxes during the 2020/21 campaign so far. With action at either end anticipated, backing both teams to score is advised for Wednesday’s game, though our 2-1 correct score prediction tips Leicester to eventually harness their away day expertise.Everton have dropped points in 50% of their Premier League home games this season, and a Leicester team plundering 2.2 goals per away fixture since the summer look well-equipped to leave the hosts disappointed again.

TIP: Over 2.5 matach goals

Man United vs Sheffield United

With eight defeats in nine games and a total of just four goals scored, the Blades are by some distance the Premier League’s worst performing team on the road this season, and Chris Wilder’s side could struggle to lay a glove on Man Utd on Wednesday. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team were plagued by defensive issues earlier in the campaign, though a run of five clean sheets in 10 matches in all competitions points to an improvement at the back of late. United, who have won 12 and drawn three of their last 15 Premier League fixtures, have an opportunity to further improve their goals against column this week when they take on a Blades team that failed to register in four of their last five tests on the road.

TIP: Man United win at FT
