Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel will welcome back his under fire German attacker Kai Havertz against Southampton this weekend.
Tuchel is in search of maintaining a five-match unbeaten run since joining the Blues from PSG in January, with a glowing record of four wins and a draw.
Speaking to the media ahead of traveling to Southampton, the German coach revealed that Tammy Abraham is good to resume full training, Thiago Silva and Christian Pulisic remain out, while Havertz may have another just to challenge the thousands of fans that have written him off a flop.
“Tuchel starts with an injury update, and it's good news on Tammy Abraham who is due to train today. Thiago Silva will be out for Southampton, and it is likely Christian Pulisic, who has some issues with his calf, will be too. Kai Havertz is fit again and available,” Chelsea confirmed via social media.
A win for Chelsea will put a stronger hold on fourth position, while the Potters could go up to 10th place with victory.
