Arsenal has confirmed that defender Rob Holding will be available for selection ahead of their Sunday clash with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.
Holding was withdrawn in the club’s last week's loss against Manchester City after a blow to his head a move that saw him miss their midweek Europa League against Benfica. It was anticipated that the 25-year-old would return to face the Foxes and a late update from the Gunners has confirmed his availability for the game.
Holding has been a key figure for the Gunners this season and his return will be a boost for Arsenal currently 11 points behind the top four but they could reduce that gap after West Ham lost to Manchester City.
Arteta has had the tendency of changing his central defenders in recent games and there is a high chance that Holding will be handed a start in the game against the Foxes who are currently third.
