English Premier League duo of Manchester United and Arsenal are set to go head to head for the services of Everton youngster Thierry Small.
The 16-year-old is expected to pass up on his first professional contract at Everton and choose to move to another club with the Metro reporting that United and Arsenal are already lining up for a swoop.
Small became the youngest Everton player when he appeared in the FA Cup win against Sheffield Wednesday in January with a host of clubs said to have kept their eyes on the youngster since then.
Apart from United and Arsenal, Leeds United, Brighton, and Brentford are said to be also after the full-back who isn’t happy with the number of opportunities he’s being offered at the club under manager Carlo Ancelotti.
I get Thierry Small’s point of view, he’s a very promising player and wants to break onto the scene as soon as he can regularly. Digne, Nkounkou and even Ben Godfrey are ahead of him at Left Back.
