English Premier League giants Manchester United are willing to listen to offers for defender Eric Bailly.
Bailly has been an understudy to both Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof who are the preferred center back pairing by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this despite the Ivorian giving his all at the club every other time he has been called upon.
Constant injuries to the player however are said to be something that has worried Solskjaer and co with the team now ready to sanction his sale as they seek a perfect replacement in the summer.
The Mirror reports that a chunk of clubs in Laliga has shown interest in the player with the lot including Bailly’s former team Villarreal as well as Real Betis and Valencia.
The defender managed his 100th appearances for United last week despite having been with them for the past five seasons with the player making only 15 appearances for the club across all competitions this season.
He has been unavailable for United in their last five games after testing positive for COVID-19 and with reports rife that the club is in the market for another defender, the Ivorian feels that his chances at the club are very slim.
According to the reports, United wants to sell the player and re-invest the money in finding his replacement.
