English Premier League newbies Watford FC are keen on signing Liverpool winger Harvey Elliott.
The 18-year-old wants to experience Premier League football this season but knows that a chance at his parent club will be hard to come by and after impressing on loan at Blackburn Rovers last season, he wants to mix it with the big boys.
The Mirror reports that Elliott will report back to Liverpool for pre-season but boss Jurgen Klopp is yet to decide what to do with the player but the German is keen on loaning him out to build his experience in the Premier League.
The 18-year-old ended the Championship campaign with seven goals and 11 assists with one of the strikes coming against Watford at Ewood Park in February. His impressive outing in the league has seen him attract interest from Watford who are in the market to boost their attacking options.
Liverpool rates the player so much that they don’t want to sell him permanently and Klopp is willing to give him that chance to join another Premier League club to see what he can do with the demands of the league before deciding on his future.
Apart from Watford, there are several other clubs also registering an interest in taking the player for a year.
