Borussia Dortmund has given a new ultimatum to Manchester United in their pursuit of winger Jadon Sancho.
The two clubs have been locked in negotiations over the player but according to new reports, Dortmund has presented their demands to United who is said to have agreed on personal terms with the England international.
According to talkSPORT, Dortmund has informed United of a ‘take it or leave it’ proposal. The reports claim that despite dropping their valuation since last summer, they want the English giants to pay £77m up-front, with add-ons to the sum to be paid separately.
Sancho who was tipped to join United last summer had another stellar season for Dortmund last term despite the former failing to meet Dortmund’s demands in hopes that the German club was bluffing.
A deal this summer looks likely with United said to have approached the player in a proper manner than last season when they left everything until the last day of the summer.
Calling Jadon Sancho inexperienced is crazy, as he plays two center midfielders who’ve never sniffed Europa or Champions League football. https://t.co/X9twu82mXo— Ole Gunnar Scamskjær (@Nigerianscamsss) June 20, 2021
