England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford laced his name in history books in their Euro 2020 semi-final clash against Denmark on Wednesday night.
During the first half of the game, the goalkeeper wrote himself into the history books after taking the successive minutes without conceding for his country to 721, which is now a new all-time record.
The record surpassed the previous run of 720 which belonged to Gordon Banks during the summer of 1966 when England was crowned world champions.
Pickford's run was however halted just minutes later as he was beaten by a beautiful Mikkel Damsgaard free-kick but they went to beat Denmark in extra-time thanks to a penalty to Harry Kane.
