Manchester United wants to bring right-back Kieran Trippier at Old Trafford in the short January window.
United were interested showed interest in the player in the past summer but a deal couldn't be struck as they felt the valuation put by Atletico Madrid wasn't realistic with the club sticking with Aaron wan Bissaka and failing to let Diogo Dalot leave.
The Daily Stars now reports that United are in advance talks with Trippier's agent after a slow start by Bissaka in the latter having come under a lot of scrutinies on his lack to deliver the needed crosses and track back when needed by United.

Atletico's reported £30million price tag in the summer transfer window put United off wrapping up a deal for Trippier but with the former Spurs man's deal set to expire next summer, there seems to be scope for a cut-price compromise in January.
The player wants to return to England as fast s possible as he feels homesick and wants to reunite with his family who resides in Manchester.
