Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has lauded his team following a comfortable 3-0 win away to Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues were too strong for the Foxes at the King Power Stadium, with Antonio Rudiger, N'Golo Kante, and Christian Pulisic on target as they extended their lead at the top of the table ahead of Liverpool and Man City.
Despite a tidy performance from his team, the German tactician urged his players to work on certain areas going forward.
"I am happy but there’s always room for improvement. The players know very well when they do a good match and they did a good match today. It is a team effort and it was a huge effort that we put into attacking and defending, and I’m happy that the team got the win they deserved,"
Tuchel further explained the thinking behind giving his wing-backs such attacking freedom after another impressive game from Ben Chilwell and Reece James.
"We know, the whole team, me included, the places we can take risks and adapt our positions. Not to go full over-confident, not to do crazy stuff, but to have a bit of wild momentum and a bit of freedom in our attacking movements. I think the wing-back positions can also adapt their positions to half-positions and to support our attackers,"
The Blues now hold a four-point lead over second-placed Liverpool, who thrashed Arsenal 4-0 in Saturday's last match of the day.
Chelsea will next take on Juventus in the Champions League, before another home tie against Manchester United in the Premier League.
