Real Madrid and the other 19 top-flight clubs in Spain got a breather from activity on Thursday, December 23, before returning on Friday.
All four will now be required to isolate following positive tests upon their return from holiday breaks.
On Tuesday, Courtois shared multiple images of himself on vacation in Dubai with girlfriend Mishel Gerzig, while Vinicius Jr shared a snapshot of himself training in the gym. Camavinga has also recently been active on social media.
Real Madrid's roster was decimated by Covid cases ahead of their final pre-Christmas encounter, following David Alaba's sickness.
Ancelotti's side defeated Athletic Bilbao 2-1 on December 22 ahead of LaLiga's winter break.
The Los Blancos were without 11 first-team players last week due to Covid, injury, and suspension, and the coronavirus outbreak continues to have an effect on the club.
Earlier this month, Luka Modric, Rodrygo, Marco Asensio, Gareth Bale, Marcelo, and Andriy Lunin all tested positive for the virus, while Isco and Alaba contracted it last week.
