Wazito FC head coach Frank Ouna has revealed the tactics that saw his side down GFE 105 in the Shield Round 16 tournament at The  Kipchoge Keino Stadium on July 22, 2017.

Kennedy Ayeko was on target twice to help the National Super League heavyweights thrash their rivals at their own turf but coach Ouna beside hailing his charges pointed out the sorry state of the pitch.

-We had a training session yesterday ( July 21) at the pitch and realized it was very unplayable so we planned to play long pass football and we perfectly played that way. I think the boys played according to plan. We also had squad rotation, Kennedy Ayako came in for Eric Odhiambo and he scored 2 wonderful goals, Ouna told the club portal.

Wazito have no time to rest as they face Police Fc on Wednesday in the NSL action as they consolidate their position in the table having promotion into the first tier their priority.
