Dani Alves overtakes Ibrahimovic

Dani Alves had a PSG debut to remember on Saturday, as he scored a fantastic free-kick against AS Monaco in the French Super Cup, as PSG picked up their first trophy of the season.

The 34-year-old Brazilian recently moved to the French capital following a season at Juventus.

Looking at club football alone, and not the international arena, Dani Alves has now becomes the most decorated active footballer in the world.

He’s picked up 34 career trophies, which is one more than Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is currently on the sidelines with injury.
